静脉用药调配中心功能设计与管理

目的探讨PIVAS功能设计理念与管理模式。方法结合《PIVAS质量管理规范》(征求意见稿),总结分析笔者所在医院PIVAS的设计理念、功能定位与运行管理体会。结果 PIVAS的设计立意、功能定位应为构建合理用药、安全用药平台,24h工作运行。关键是药学人才的业务水平,院领导的意识,药剂科、医务科的推进力和信息技术水平。结论 PIVAS应是合理用药、安全用药的平台,可推进医院药学发展,位注重细节管理、安全管理和风险管理。

Intravenous Drug Design and Management Features to Deploy Center

Objective To study PIVAS functional design of the exchange of ideas and management models.Methods Combination of"PIVAS Quality Management Specification"(draft),summarized the analysis of our hospital PIVAS design concept,functional positioning and operation management experience.Results PIVAS design conception,function should build rational use of medicines,medication safety platform,24h of work to run.The key is the level of pharmaceutical business professionals,the hospital leadership awareness,Pharmacy,Medical Services of the propulsive force and network technical level.Conclusion PIVAS should be rational use of medicines,medication safety platform to promote the development of hospital pharmacy.We should play attention to detail and management,security management and risk management.
