摘    要:目的观察黄岑等10种中药水煎液对非产超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBLs)和产ESBLs大肠埃希菌的体外抑菌效果,了解中药制剂对2类细菌的抑菌效果是否一致,旨在为产ESBLs大肠埃希菌感染的临床治疗寻求新途径。方法采用MicroScan-4细菌分析仪进行细菌鉴定,用Kirby-Bauer法检测全部29株大肠埃希菌对临床常用15种抗菌药物的敏感性,按照美国临床实验室标准化研究所(CLSI)2006年标准判断结果;将10种中草药制备成一定浓度的水煎液,用琼脂稀释法测定不同菌株的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果 10种中药对2类菌株均有不同程度的抑菌作用,其中黄岑抑菌作用最强,其次是赤芍、黄连、仙鹤草。结论 10种中药对非产ESBLs和产ESBLs大肠埃希菌菌株均具有一定的抗菌作用,敏感性差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。

Experiment observation of 10 kinds of Chinese traditional medicine ,on in vitro bacteriostasis of Escherichia coli

Abstract:Objective To observe in vitro bacteriostatic effect of 10 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine decoction on non-producing extended-spectrum 15-1actamases(ESBLs) and ESBLs producing Escherichia coli to explore, whether the two kinds of bacteria antibacterial effect are consistent,and to seek new ways for clinical treatment. Methods the MicroScan-4 bacteria analyzer was adopted for bacterial identification,using Kirby-Bauer assay for the detection of sensitivity of all 29 strains of Escherichia coli to 15 antibiotics, results of which were judged according to the United States of America Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute (CLSI) 2006 standard;10 kinds of Chinese herbal were made into preparations with certain concentrations, using the agar dilution method for the determination of the minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC) of different strains. Results All of the 10 kinds of Chinese herbs have different degrees of antibacterial effect on 2 strains,including skullcap with the strongest antibacterial activity, followed by red peony root, Coptis, agrimony. Conclusion 10 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine have certain antibacterial effects on non ESBLs and ESBLs producing Escherichia coli strains, sensitivity difference between which does not have statistical significance(P 〉0.05 ).
