手术室整体护理对乳腺癌患者围手术期效果影响的研究

目的评价手术室整体护理对乳腺癌围手术患者负性情绪、并发症、满意率的影响。方法对该院收治的120例择期手术的乳腺癌患者随机分为对照组和观察组各60例,对照组患者给予手术室常规护理,而观察组患者给予手术室整体护理,分别采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)及焦虑自评量表(SAS)评估两组患者的不良情绪,并对两组的并发症发生率及满意度进行比较分析。结果两组患者在护理干预前SAS及SDS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后观察组患者SAS、SDS评分明显较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组术后并发症发生率为38.3%,观察组术后并发症发生率仅16.7%,观察组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者对护理的满意度为96.7%明显高于对照组的83.3%,差别具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论整体护理在乳腺癌患者围术期中的应用效果满意,其不但可显著缓解患者不良情绪同时也能降低患者术后并发症,提高患者满意度。

Effect evaluation of holistic nursing in operation room to breast cancer patients treated by operation and its influence on nurse-patient relationship

Objective To evaluate the effect of holistic nursing in operation room on breast cancer patients treated by operation and its influence on nurse-patient relationship. Methods 120 cases with breast cancer were randomly assigned into control group and experi ment group with 60 patients in each group. Control group was given routine nursing and experiment group received holistic nursing in op eration room. SAS and SDS scale were used to evaluate the negative emotion. SAS, SDS scores,incidence of complications and patient sat isfaction rate were compared between two groups. Results SAS and SDS scores after intervention in experiment group were much lower than those in control group （P 〈0.05 ） ;The incidence of complications were 16.7% and 38.3% in experience group and control group respectively with significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; Patient satisfaction rate in experiment group was much higher than that in control group （96.7% vs 83.3% ,P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions Implementation of holistic nursing in operation room to breast cancer patients can greatly relieve the negative emotion, decrease complications and increase patients＇ satisfaction rate.
