| 摘 要： | 目的 对血管紧张素转换药抑制剂(ACEI)在儿科的临床应用作一综述。方法 对ACEI在临床中应用的有关最近成果加以分析整理。结果 展现ACEI治疗充血性心力衰竭、小儿高血压、肺动脉高压、肾脏疾病、儿童血管迷走性晕厥等治疗方面的最新成果。结论 根据上述不同疾病，选择ACEI中不同类型的药物讲行治疗．可提高疾病治疗效果。

| Abstract: | Objective:To systemic review the clinical application of angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor agent in the pediatric population.Methods:Data on the clinical application of angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor agent in the pediatric population were obtained by review Results:All applicable data of angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor agent on the congestive heart failure,pediatric hypertension,pulmonary hypertension,renal disease and pediatric vasovagal syncope were extracted. Conclusion:Accumulating data indicated that it would be helpful to improve the clinical effect to select specific angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor agent according to the type of diseases. |
