45例高龄食管癌围手术期的处理

目的探讨70岁及以上高龄食管癌患者围手术期的处理经验。方法回顾分析45例70岁及以上高龄食管癌患者的临床资料并对手术前准备、手术方法及术后处理等资料进行分析。结果全组病例根治切除43例,姑息手术2例,出现并发症15例,死亡2例。结论高龄食管癌患者不是手术的禁忌,在做好围手术期的处理能取得满意效果,宜首选手术。

Perioperative Treatment of Elderly Esophjageal Caricinoma Patients

Objective To discuss our experience in perioperative treatment of elderly patients（≥70 years old）with esophageal carinoma.Methods To analyze the preparation before the operation,examination before operation,disposal,method of the operation and the complication after the operation of 45 aged patients accepted esophageal carcinoma opertation.Results The radical surgery was just performed in 43 patients,the palliative operation was just performed in 2 patients.There were 15 patients with postoperative complications.There were 2 death cases because of anastomotic stoma fistula and respiratory failure.Conclusion If the indications are mastered appropriately,the short-term and long-term outcomes of extended esophagectomy on elderly patients are almost similar with that of conventional esophagectomy.
