| 摘 要： | 目的 观察外固定架治疗开放性胫腓骨骨折的疗效。方法 自1994年7月到1999年12月,收治开放性胫腓骨骨折43例,男27例,女16例;年龄18-62岁。全部采用单侧多功能外固定架治疗。结果 43例全部随访,平均18个月,骨折均愈合,平均愈合时间86天,患肢恢复良好,无骨髓炎、骨不连等合并症。结论 该方法操作简单、创伤小、固定可靠、愈合率高,并发症少。为开放性胫腓骨骨折首选治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe effect of treating open tibial fracture by External Fixation Apparatus. Methods: From July 1994 to December 1999,43 patients with open Fracture of tibia,27 Were male and 16 female,aged ranging from 18 to 62 years old. All these patients were treated with Unilateral multifunctional external fixators. Results: 43 cases were followed- up for an average 18 months. All fractures were completly healed with -good function, the time for fracture union averuged 86 days. None of the osteomyelitis and nonunions was happened. Conclusion: External fixation apparatus is a good fixation for treatment of open fracture of the tibia. It has the advantages: simple application, less trauma, firm fixation, higher union rate, and only few complications. So the authors consider that this method is the first method of treatment for open tibial fracture. |
