北京市城区糖尿病控制现状及相关因素分析

目的 了解社区糖尿病人病情控制情况及相关因素。方法 随机抽取北京城区慢性病示范点440名2型糖尿病人，测量空腹血糖、空腹血清血脂和血压，分析可能的影响因素。结果 (1)血糖异常率为65．7％。病程短、能报销医药费用和每月查血糖的病人血糖低。(2)血脂异常率为75％，女性血脂浓度和血脂异常率高于男性。(3)血压控制不良率为85．7％。男性收缩压低于女性，收缩压与年龄、体质指数呈正相关。舒张压与体质指数呈正相关。结论 (1)糖尿病人血糖、血脂和血压控制满意率低。(2)病程、医药费用报销、是否定期复查血糖及体质指数与病情控制情况相关。

Control status of diabetes mellitus and its associated factors in Beijing urban area

Objective To investigate control status of patients with diabetes mellitus and associated factors.Methods 440 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were randomly selected from Beijng community and fasting blood glucose(FBG),serum lipids and blood pressure were measured.Possible affected factors were investigated.Results (1)Abnormal rate of FBG was 65.7%.FBG concentrations in patients with short duration,free medicine and detecting FBG every month was lower.(2)Prevalence of dyslipideamia rate was 75%.Lipids concentrations in male were lower than female.(3)Abnormal rate of blood pressure was 85.7%.Blood pressure in male was lower than female.Systolic blood pressure was associated with age and body mass index positively and diastolic was associated with body mass index positively.Conclusion (1)FBG,serum lipid and blood pressure were controlled unsatisfactorily in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in Beijing urban community.Duration,free medicine and examining FBG regularly were associated with control status.
