老年性狼疮肾炎59例临床分析

探讨老年狼疮肾炎临床特点。方法：对１４０１例ＬＮ中的５９例老年及９０例中，青年患者，比较其临床诊断，预后等指标。结果：老年ＬＮ主要表现为发热，关节痛，肌痛，无力。抗核抗体，抗核糖核蛋白抗体等大多数免疫抗体指标阳性率与中，青年组相似；补体３下降，抗双链ＤＮＡ，抗Ｓｍ抗体阳性率明显低于中，青年组。

Clinical analysis of 59 cases of lupus nephritis in elderly

Objective:To describe clinical features of lupus nephritis(LN)in elderly.Mathods:To contraste 59 of LN in elderly with 90 in middle and young selected from 1 401 of LN in envent,which were synptoms,diagnosis and prognosis.Result:Common symptoms from LN in elderly were fever,arthralgia,myalgia and amyosthenia.Detectable rate of most immune antibody index,for instance,ANA,anti-RNP etc,were common as in elderly as in middle and young.Decline rate of alexin C3 and detectable rate of were lower in elderly(P<0.05).But detectable rate of anti-ds-DNA and anti-Sm antibody much lower(P<0.01).First misdiagnosis and female sickness rate of elderly LN were much highter(P<0.01). Oppositive therapeutic effective rate of LN in elderly was highter(P<0.01). Conclusion:Patients of LN in elderly have certain distinguishing.They are more nonprominent in clinical menifestatioin and more easily to control.Their prognosis is better.
