| 摘 要： | 目的：评价新型医用无镍不锈钢（BIOSSN4）的细胞毒性。方法：将BIOSSN4的浸提液与体外培养的小鼠成纤维细胞L929接触后,进行MTT实验来评定材料的细胞毒性,并与传统的医用316L不锈钢的生物学性能相比较。结果：BIOSSN4对细胞增殖的抑制作用小于316L不锈钢组,统计学分析结果显示：两种金属材料与阴性对照组的吸光度值之间的差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,与阳性对照组之间的吸光度值之间的差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：BIOSSN4无镍不锈钢具有微弱的细胞毒性,符合临床应用要求,为其应用提供了一定的生物学依据。 |

| Abstract: | Objective：To test the cytotoxicity of a new nickel-free stainless steel（BIOSSN4） and to evaluate its biocompatibility by comparing its cytotoxicity with the traditional 316L medical stainless steel,Au-alloy in vitro.Mthod：after mixing the maceration extraction of the materials and the cultures of L-929 cells,we evaluated cytotoxicity by using tetrazolium-based colorimetric assay.Results：the cytotoxicity of BIOSSN4 was weaker than that of 316Lstainless steel.There was no significant difference among the 2 kinds of metal material and the negative control（P〉0.05）Conclution：the biological safety of BIOSS4 is considerly good. |
