| 摘 要： | 目的 分析静脉滴注用药引发的药品不良反应(ADR),保障患者安全合理用药.方法 对2010 -06 -2011 -06中山大学孙逸仙纪念医院上报的静脉滴注用药ADR共101例进行统计分析.结果 101例静脉滴注用药ADR主要由抗菌药物和中药制剂引起.结论 重视静脉滴注用药不良反应的监测,减少ADR的发生.

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the adverse drug reaction(ADR) caused by the intravenous injection,so as to ensure the safe and reasonable drug usage in the clinic.Methods The case reports of the 101 ADR cases caused by intravenous injection of the Sun Yat-sen memorial hospital 2010-06~2011-06 were statistically analyzed.Results All the 101 intravenous injection ADRs were mainly caused by antibiotics and Chinese herbal medicine.Conclusion ADR caused by intravenous injection should be monitored,so as to avoid ADR. |
