| 摘 要： | 目的 分析本院药品不良反应患者的一般情况及影响因素,为临床安全、合理用药提供参考.方法 以本院2007 -01～2011 -11各科室上报的198份ADR报告进行回顾性分类、统计分析.结果 本院198例ADR共涉及药品58种,抗感染药物的ADR构成比最高占74.24％;给药途径以静脉注射所占比例最大(83.84％).皮肤及其附件损害最常见,占总报告例数的48.48％.结论 应加强ADR的监测,确保用药安全.

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the general condition and influencing factors of ADRs,so as to improve rational drug use in clinic.Methods The 198 ADR cases reported in a hospital from Jan.2007 to Nov.2011 were collected,classified and analyzed statistically.Results Among the 198 ADR cases,58 drugs were involved,of which 74.24% were anti-infective drugs;83.84% of the cases were caused by intravenous injection.Lesions of skin and its appendages were the most common presentations of the ADR,which appeared in 48.48% of the cases.Conclusion It is highly necessary to strengthen the supervision of ADR to ensure medication safely. |
