| 摘 要： | 目的探讨组织疗法对银屑病患者的疗效及外周血白细胞介素8(IL-8)水平的影响。方法用ELISA法观察组织疗法治疗前及治疗后,银屑病患者外周血IL-8水平的变化。结果治疗后银屑病患者PASI评分及IL-8水平明显降低,比较差异有显著性(t=4.77,2.99,P<0.01)。结论组织疗法治疗银屑病有效,可能是通过减少IL-8的产生。

| Abstract: | s:Objective To evaluate tissue-therapy and detect serum interleukin-8(IL-8)in patients with psorasis.Methods Serum IL-8were measured in27patients by using ELISA methods before and after treatment.Results IL-8levels in peripheral blood were lower in patients than that in control(t=4.78,P<0.01),after treatment the PASI and IL-8levels were lower than that of before(t=4.77,2.99,P<0.01).Conclusion Tissue-therapy might reduce the psoriatic symp-toms by down-regulating of IL-8production. |
