| 摘 要： | 目的：研究凝血酶对人肺成纤维细胞（HFL-1）释放单核细胞趋化蛋白-1（MCP-1）的调节作用。方法：HFL-1分别培养于96孔培养板各孔内，不同浓度（0．001-300nmol／L）凝血酶诱导2、6、9、12、24h后，收集上清液并用ELISA法检测其MCP-1浓度。结果：凝血酶可诱导HFL-1释放MCP-1，其最高释放量是基础分泌量的近17倍。凝血酶诱导的HFL-1释放MCP-1呈浓度和时间相关性。结论：凝血酶可诱导HFL-1表达MCP-1。 |

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the effect of thrombin on monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 （MCP-1）release in human fetal lung fibloblast-1（HFL-1）. Methods： HFL-1 was cultured in a 96-well culture plate. Cells were stimulated with various concentrations（0.001 -300 nmol/L）of thrombin. Culture supematants of each well were collected at different time point（2, 6, 9, 12, 24 hours）. MCP-1 protein levels in supematants were assessed by ELISA. Results： Thrombin could induce MCP-1 release from HFL-1 in a concentration- and time-dependent manner, with maximum of 17 fold increase of MCP-1 in comparison with control. Conclusion： Thrombin is a potent inducer of MCP-1 from cultured HFL-1. |
