地杨桃酯类化学成分的GC—MS分析

摘    要:目的研究地杨桃(Sebastiania chamaelea)全草的酯类化学成分,为系统研究地杨桃的化学成分提供依据。方法采用气相色谱-质谱法(GC—MS)对地杨桃乙醇浸膏苯洗脱流份的酯类成分进行分离,经质谱库图谱对照,鉴定其化学成分,并应用色谱峰面积归一化法测定各成份的相对含量。结果共分离并鉴定出13种酯类成分,其化合物邻苯二甲酸二丁基酯含量最高,占总量58.76%。高级脂肪酸酯占总量的40.09%,其中不饱和脂肪酸酯为28.83%。结论以GC—MS法能检测地杨桃全草的酯类化学成份,为研究其应用价值打下基础。

Abstract:Objective To study the chemical components of ester type from the whole plant of Sebastiania chamaclea. Methods The ester components were isolated from the ethanolic extract of benzene from Sebastiania chamaelea by GC-MS, and were identified based on MS atlas bank. The relative percentage of each component was determined by area normalization. Results 13 compositions of ester type were separated and identified. Conclusion The ester components of benzene extract isolated from Sebastiania chamaelea were studied and reported for the first time. The major compound was dibutyl phthalate amounting to 58.76% of the total, while advanced fatty acid ester, 40.09% and unsaturated fatty acid ester, 28.83%.
