| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨半环式外固定架治疗重度开放性粉碎性胫腓骨骨折(Gustilo Ⅲ型)的治疗效果.方法 回顾性分析2001年10月至2008年12月21例Gustilo Ⅲ型开放性胫腓骨骨折患者的临床资料,观察半环式外固定架治疗的临床疗效.结果 患者随访10个月至5年,无一例截肢,所有患者骨折均愈合,平均愈合时间7.4个月.结...

| Abstract: | Objective A case review was made in order to evaluate the effect of half-circle external fixation in the treatment of Gustilo-Ⅲ open fractures of tibia.Methods A total of 21 cases were reviewed.They were all Gustilo-Ⅲ open fractures of tibia.After emergency debridement,fractures were treated with half-circle external fixation.Results All patients were followed-up for 10 months to 5 years.There was no amputation and all fractures healed at a mean time of 7.4 months.Conclusions Half-circle external fixation can obtain effective fixation with less operation time and less complications in emergency cases. |
