| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨青少年肌阵挛癫痫的临床特点.方法 总结30例青少年肌阵孪癫痫患者的临床表现、脑电图特征和治疗预后.结果 30例青少年肌阵挛癫痫患者临床均有肌阵挛发作,合并失神发作3例、合并全面强直阵挛发作27例,其中单独以肌阵挛为表现的3例;脑电图检查均可见到暴发高幅的棘慢波;应用丙戊酸钠、左乙拉西坦无发作23例,明显减少7...

| Abstract: | Objective The clinical manifestation,EEG and prognosis of 30 juvenile myoclonus epilepsy cases were retrospectively reviewed and improve the understanding of this syndrome.Results All 30 patients were associated with myoclonus,3 patients had no epilepsy,27 patients hadgeneralized tonic-clonic Seizure.Only three patients were associated with myoclonus butwithout other symptoms.EEG showed episodic high sharp and slow waves.Valporat or/and levetiracetam were used for the treatment.Twenty-three patients were se... |
