| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨液基细胞薄层涂片检查(thin-prep cytology test,TCT)在膀胱肿瘤诊断中的价值及临床意义.方法 收集78例确诊膀胱上皮癌患者的尿液,同时进行尿液传统涂片细胞学检查和TCT细胞病理学检查.结果 尿液传统涂片细胞学检查和TCT对膀胱上皮癌诊断的敏感性分别为74.36%和88.46%(P<0....

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the value of thin-prep cytology test(TCT) in the diagnosis of postoperative recurrence of carcinoma of urinary bladder.Methods TCT were detected in 78 cases of bladder carcinoma,and urine cytology were detected at the same time,and the results were compared.Results In 78 cases of bladder carcinoma,the sensitivity of urine cytology and TCT was 74.36% and 88.46%(P < 0.05),respectively.In 34 cases with non-invasive papillary bladder carcinoma(low grade),the sensitivity of urine cytolog... |
