| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the influence of radiofrequency ablation(RFA) on immunity function of patient with liver cancer.Methods Thirty liver cancer patients were treated by RFA,the changes of CD4+ count,CD8+ count,CD4+/CD8+ value of peripheral blood were respectively observed at day 1 before RFA,day 14 and 28 after RFA.Results CD4+ count increased obviously at week 2 and week 4 after RFA,while CD8+ value decreased obviously.Conclusions The immune function of patient was significantly improved in short-term aft... |
