| 摘 要： | 目的:优选暴马丁香树皮中紫丁香苷的提取工艺。方法:采用星点设计-效应面法,以乙醇浓度、提取时间、溶媒比为主要影响因素,紫丁香苷提取率为评价指标,通过对各因素的多元线性回归及二项式拟合,采用效应面法和岭嵴分析优选最佳提取工艺,并进行预测分析。结果:确定紫丁香苷最佳提取工艺为46%乙醇20倍量超声提取85 min。结论:星点设计–效应面法优选暴马丁香树皮中紫丁香苷的提取工艺,实际值与预测值吻合度高,预测性良好,方法简便易行,为更好地开发利用暴马丁香树皮中紫丁香苷提供参考依据。
