开管型3,5-二氯苯基氨基甲酸酯纤维素衍生物键合手性毛细管电色谱柱的制备及应用

摘    要:目的:制备键合型开管毛细管电色谱柱,用于手性药物分析。方法:合成了带有十一碳烯酰基的纤维素-三(3,5-二氯苯基氨基甲酸酯)衍生物,通过自由基聚合反应,将其键合于毛细管内壁,得到毛细管电色谱柱,并对手性药物进行色谱分离。结果:吡喹酮得到较好分离。结论:制备的毛细管柱对吡喹酮具有较好的识别能力,且柱效较高,对后续键合型开管毛细管电色谱柱的研究奠定了基础。
