| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨右肺中叶综合征的病因及支纤镜检的诊断价值。方法 对 2 10例右肺中叶综合征患者的支纤镜检结果进行分析。结果 2 10例右肺中叶综合征肺部炎症为 71% ,恶性肿瘤 2 0 %。结核 7%。结论 引起右肺中叶综合征的病因以炎症为主 ,恶性肿瘤次之。支纤镜检有较高的诊断价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the diagnostic value of middle lobe syndromz and fibrobronchoscope . Methods 210 cases with middle lobe sydrome in right lung were examined with fibrobronchoscope. Results The total rate of posivive finding was 91.9% .Inflammation(149cases),lung cancer(43 cases),tuberculosis(15 cases)accounted for most of the cases. The diagnostic rate for the three above-mentioned diseases were 97.4%,83.7% and 60% respectively. Conclusions Fibrobronchoscope is of significant diagnostic value in determining middle lobe syndrome. The main cause of middle olle syndrome is inflammation,then Malignang. |
