| 摘 要： | 目的:观察氯胺酮对松止血带后患者血压、脉搏的影响。方法:择期行膝关节手术患者50例,随机分为观察组(K组)和对照组(C组),均在腰硬联合麻醉下手术。K组在止血带松气前1min静脉注射氯胺酮1.0mg/kg,C组未用。监测松止血带前即刻、松气后1min、3min、5min各时间段的BP、HR情况。结果:两组松气后BP均有所降低,但K组BP波动不大,心率较平稳;C组BP降幅较大,心率加快,有6例需用升压药。结论:氯胺酮可预防膝关节手术后松止血带所致的血压下降。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of ketamine on the blood pressure and pulse of orthopaedic patients induced by touriquet deflation. Methods 50 ASAⅠ-Ⅱ scheduled patients undergoing orthopaedic surgery with tourniquet were selected and divided randomly into two groups.
