| 摘 要： | 目的探讨彩色多普勒对下肢深静脉急性血栓的超声限制因素及诊断价值。方法用PHILIPS5500及IE33超声诊断仪，探头频率LI1-3MHz，对53例下肢深静脉急性血栓患者进行检查，观察其二维图像，患者下肢深静脉的内径，彩色多普勒血流特点、频谱特征及超声中遇到的限制性因素。结果急性患者中：①彩色多普勒显示：完全阻塞时血流中断，信号消失不能显示；不完全阻塞时可见彩色血流充盈缺损、细窄；②二维显示：管腔内血栓回声低弱，部分血栓可显示游离漂浮。③注意限制性因素对检查结果的制约。结论由于彩色多普勒超声检查存在一些条件的制约，因而对超声结果阴性患者需动态观察、定期局部超声检查，以免误、漏诊。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical value of color doppler flow imaging in diagnosing deep venous acute thrombosis in lower limbs. Methods Fifty-three patients with deep venous acute thrombosis were examined by 2D and CDFI.The diameter,extent,the characteristics of blood flow on CDFI and the confined factors were detected and analyzed.Results In the acute stage of all the cases,there were low echoes in the thrombosis segments by 2D.When the venous were blocked completely,there were no blood flow signals by CD... |
