| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨近年来报道的有关湿润烧伤膏并发症的原因。方法：通过对近十年来湿润烧伤膏并发症的报道进行总结,分析报道中湿润烧伤膏产生并发症的原因。结果：绝大多数报道的并发症并非由湿性医疗技术及湿润烧伤膏所致,而是由于医生或患者没有系统且规范地掌握烧伤湿性医疗技术,对烧伤创面处理不当所致。结论：湿润烧伤膏是一种药物,烧伤湿性医疗技术是一种治疗技术,需要专门技术人员进行操作,才会达到理想的临床疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the causes of complications in the application of MEBO,reported in the past years.Method:Reports concerning complications happened in the application of MEBO in the past 10 years were summa- rized and the causes of complications were analyzed.Result:Most of the complications were not related to MEBO.The com- plications were caused by mistakes of the doctors or the patients.They didnt systematically grasp the standardized technique of MEBT and didnt treat the wounds in a proper way.Conclusion:MEBO is a drug and MEBT is a medical technique.Spe- cially trained medical workers are needed to apply it in a standardized way,so as to achieve good therapeutic effect. |
