口服米索前列醇预防产后出血61例临床观察

目的观察米索前列醇用于顺产预防产后出血的效果及安全性。方法2002年2月—2003年12月在本院分娩的产妇中,选择足月妊娠正常分娩、单胎头位、无妊娠合并症或并发症,未用过前列腺素抑制剂的自然临产产妇,随机分为米索前列醇组及缩宫素组,于第三产程早期分别给予口服米索前列醇或肌注缩宫素,测量产后2,24h出血量,监测产妇产后的血压、脉搏、不良反应。结果应用米索前列醇在产后2h及24h阴道出血量明显低于缩宫素组（P〈0.05）,且产妇产后的血压、脉搏无明显变化（P〉0.05）。结论米索前列醇具有简便、安全、高效的预防产后出血的作用,对降低孕产妇死亡率、减少输血用量均具有重要意义。

STUDY OF GIVEN ORAL MISOPROSTOL ON PREVENTION OF POSTPARTUM BLEEDING: A REPORT OF 61 CASES

Objective To observe the effects and the safety of misoprostol on prevention of postpartum bleeding.Methods 122 normal parturients were randomized into two groups:misoprotol group and oxytocin group,respectively given oral misoprostol and 20IU oxytocin injected into muscle in the third stage of labour,the amount of bleeding within 2h and 24h after delivery were measured.At the same time,side effect,pluse,blood pressure changes were observed.Results The mean amount of bleeding in misoprostol group was significant lower than that of oxytocin group(P<0.05).Conclusion Misoprostol is effective and safety in prevention of postpartum bleeding.
