| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨太田痣的发病机制。方法：对10例太田痣患者石腊标本，进行免疫组织化学和银染色。结果：10例患者中S100、银染色和MCIR均为阳性，其中：HMB45阳性6例，C—hit5例，雄激素受体(AR)4例，孕激素受体(PR)3例，雌激素受体(ER)2例。结论：太田痣的黑素细胞具有色素细胞及早期胚胎细胞的特性，黑素细胞存在性激素受体。

| Abstract: | Objective:To identify the characteristics an d to measure the level of sexual hormones in dermal melanocytes of nevus of Ota. Methods: The characteristics of dermal melanocytes were det ermined by immunohistochemistry and Ag staining in skin biopsy paraffin specimen s from 10 patients with nevus of Ota. Results: The S100,A g staining and MCIR were all positive in 10 cases. HMB45 was positive in 6 cases ,C-kit in 5,androgen receptor (AR) in 4,progestin receptor (PR) in 3 and estr ogen receptor (ER) in 2. Conclusion :Dermal melanocytes in nevus of Ota show some characters of melanocytic nevus and embryo cells and have receptors of some sexual hormones. |
