手术治疗颜面部皮肤癌的长期疗效观察

目的：探讨手术治疗颜面部皮肤癌的长期疗效。方法选取颜面部皮肤癌患者83例，所有患者均行手术治疗。对手术治疗的临床疗效进行观察。结果83例患者术后5年生存率为77．11％，10年生存率为61．45％。基底细胞癌患者5年和10年生存率分别为86．79％和73．58％，均明显高于鳞状细胞癌患者的60．00％和40．00％（P＜0．05）。临床分期为T1期的患者5年和10年生存率分别为89．58％和72．92％，T2期的患者5年和10年生存率分别为61．54％和50．00％，T3期的患者5年和10年生存率分别为55．56％和22．22％，组间比较差异明显（ P＜0．05）。结论手术对颜面部皮肤癌具有较好的治疗效果，患者术后生存期较长。

Long-term Efficacy of Surgery for Facial Skin Cancer

Objective To investigate the long-term efficacy of surgery for facial skin cancer.Methods 83 cases of fa-cial skin cancer patients were selected and all patients were given surgical treatment.The clinical efficacy of surgery was ob-served.Results 5-year survival rate of 83 cases of patients was 77.11%and 10-year survival rate was 61.45%.The 5-year and 10-year survival rates of basal cell carcinoma patients were 86.79%and 73.58%,which were significantly higher than squamous cell carcinoma patients 60.00% and 40.00% ( P <0.05).The 5-year and 10-year survival rates of stage T1 patients were 89.58%and 72.92%,the 5-year and 10-year survival rates of stage T2 patients were 61.54%and 50.00%,and the 5-year and 10-year survival rates of stage T3 patients were 55.56%and 22.22%,the difference was significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Surgery has good efficacy for facial skin cancer,and patients has long postoperative survival.
