肺癌疼痛患者焦虑和抑郁的相关影响因素

目的：探讨肺癌疼痛患者心理痛苦的影响因素。方法对98例肺癌疼痛患者进行问卷调查。问卷调查分为4个部分：①入院肺癌疼痛患者的一般资料调查问卷；②入院肺癌疼痛患者的疼痛情况问卷；③关于肺癌疼痛患者焦虑抑郁量表调查。通过这些调查问卷详细了解患者的心理情况、疼痛状态、不良反应，并分析影响患者心理痛苦的因素以及对患者结局的影响。结果在接受治疗的98例肺癌疼痛患者的最重程度疼痛中以中度疼痛患者最多，最轻程度疼痛则以轻度疼痛为主，而平均程度疼痛和当前程度疼痛都以中度疼痛患者最多。通过分析发现患者的性别、年龄、婚姻状况、吸烟状况和临床的病理分期与焦虑评分和抑郁评分有关（P＜0．05），而患者的受教育程度则与焦虑评分和抑郁评分无关（P＞0．05）。结论肺癌疼痛患者的心理痛苦影响因素有：性别、年龄、婚姻状况、吸烟状况和临床的病理分期等，这些因素会影响患者在治疗后的康复，同时也大大影响了患者的生活质量。

Related Factors of Psychological Distress in Patients with Cancer Pain

Objective To explore the related factors of affecting psychological pain in lung cancer patients.Methods 98 cases of lung cancer patients received pain questionnaire.Questionnaire was divided into 3 parts:①hospitalized cancer pain patients general information questionnaire;②pain in hospitalized patients with lung cancer pain questionnaire;③pain in patients with lung cancer on anxiety and depression scale investigation.Through these surveys to learn more about the psychological condi-tion of the patient,pain status,adverse events,and analyze factors that affects patients'psychological sufferings and its impact on patients’ outcomes.Results In 98 patients with lung cancer pain,heaviest degree of pain was moderate pain in most patients,the lightest degree of pain was mainly mild pain,while the average level of pain and the current level of pain were mainly moderate pain.The analysis revealed that gender,age,marital status,smoking status,clinical and pathological staging were related with anxi-ety scores and depression scores (P<0.05),while the level of education had nothing to do with anxiety and depression scores(P>0.05).Conclusion Factors affecting psychological distress in lung cancer patients with pain are gender,age,marital status, smoking status,clinical and pathological stage,these factors will affect the rehabilitation of patients after treatment and the quality of life of patients.
