急性心肌梗死574例血小板参数的临床观察

摘    要:目的 探讨急性心肌梗死患者中静脉血血小板计数(platelet count,PLT)、平均血小板体积(mean platelet volume,MPV)、血小板分布宽度(platelet distribution width,PDW)、大血小板比率(platelet-large cell ratio,P-LCR)的变化规律及其临床意义.方法 回顾性分析2007年6月至2011年6月心内科因急性心肌梗死住院的患者574例(A组)和正常对照568例(B组).用日本东亚Sysmex2100型全自动五分类血细胞分析仪检测PLT、MPV、PDW、P-LCR.结果 A组与B组比较,PLT差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),与B组比较,A组患者MPV、PDW、P-LCR均升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 急性心肌梗死与血小板体积变化与活化过程有关,应引起重视.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the change regularity and clinical significance of blood platelet count(PLT),mean platelet volume(MPV),platelet distribution width(PDW) and platelet-large cell ratio(P-LCR) in the patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods To retrospectively analyze 574 hospitalized cases of acute myocardial infarction(group A) and 574 cases of normal control(group B) in the cardiological department of our hospital from June 2007 to June 2011.The Japanese East Asia Sysmex2100 fully automatic five-classification blood cell analyzer was adopted to detect PLT,MPV,PDW and P-LCR.Results Comparing the group A with the group B,no statistical difference was found in PLT.Compared with the group B,MPV,PDW and P-LCR in the group A were increased,showing statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Acute myocardial infarction is related with the volume change and activation process of platelet.
