| 摘 要： | 320排CT在心脏成像中，不仅能缩短扫描时间、减少造影剂的使用、降低射线曝光剂量、较少受快心率及心律不齐的影响；在评价心肌存活和心肌灌注等方面，320排CT也具有很好的应用前景。在本文中，我们将结合本院的初步应用经验和相关文献，试论述宽探测器320排CT与传统多排螺旋CT相比较所具有的优缺点，以及其在心脏检查方面新的应用。

| Abstract: | 320-detector-row computed tomography provided many advantages over conventional multidetector-row computed tomography(MDCT) for cardiac CT scanning,such as shortening the scanning time,reducing radiation and contrast agent dose and best imaging in the setting of arrhythmia or irregular heart rates.In addition,320-slice MDCT also has a good application prospects in evaluating myocardial viability and myocardial perfusion.In this article,we reviewed the advantages and disadvantages of 320-slice MDCT compared ... |
