四逆泻心汤对慢性乙酸胃溃疡大鼠血浆ET、CGRP含量的影响

目的探讨四逆泻心汤治疗慢性消化性溃疡的作用机理。方法用乙酸侵蚀胃壁制造胃溃疡大鼠模型，分别灌胃四逆泻心汤、雷尼替丁及生理盐水，3W后处死动物，取大鼠血检测血浆ET、CGRP含量。结果四逆泻心汤组大鼠血浆ET含量较模型组明显降低（P〈0．05）；血浆CGRP含量较模型组和雷尼替丁组明显升高（P〈0．05）。结论四逆泻心汤通过降低胃溃疡大鼠血浆ET含量及升高CGRP含量，从而改善胃黏膜微循环，增高胃黏膜保护因子的水平，降低胃黏膜攻击因子的能力而达到治疗消化性溃疡的目的。

Sinixiexin Decoction: Its Influence on ET and CGRP Content in Plasma of Rats with Chronic Acetic Acid Gastric Ulcer

Objective:To study the mechanism of Sinixiexin decoction in the treatment of chronic digestive ulcer.Methods Rats models were made by using acetic acid to erode the gastric mucosa,then the rats were given Sinixiexin decoction,ranitidine and normal saline respectively,the rats were killed after 3W and the blood was taken to determine the content of ET and CGRP in plasma.Results The plasma ET content in the Sinixiexin decoction group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the plasma CGRP content was significantly improved than that of the control group and that of the ranitidine group.Conclusion Sinixiexin decoction may improve the microcirculation of gastric mucosa by improving the level of protective factors and lower the level of aggressive factors of gastric mucosa to cure digestive ulcer.
