摘    要:本文将E_(15)颞叶全层胎脑皮质移植到青年Wistar大鼠大脑皮质41区的预制脑腔内。180天后取材。Nissl's法、Weil's法和PTAH染色。部分移植物中心区退变,其中神经元消失,周围区细胞排列紊乱。成活良好的移植物中,可见到锥体细胞和非锥体细胞。移植物中有血管出现。有髓纤维在移植周围区弥散分布,中心区集中,穿过交界,投向宿主。因脑移植物中神经元变化和癫痫的病理改变十分相似,故提出41区脑组织移植动物作为感觉性发作癫痫模型的可能性。

Abstract:We transplanted the whole layer of temporal cortex of E_(15) fetal rat into fabricated hole in the area 41 of youth Wistar rat and drew materials on the 180d after transplantation. The preparations were stained with Nissl's method, Weil's method and PTAH. Decayed area where neurons disappear occurs in the center of some grafts. The arrangement of neurons is in disorder in the external area. Pyramidal and nonpyramidal cells are observed in the well survived grafts. And blood vessels occur in grafts as well. Myelinated fibers disperse in the external area, concentrated in the central area and pass through the juncture between graft and host brain, then flow into host brain. According to the similarity of the morphological changes of neurons in grafts and the pathology of epilepsy, there is possibility using brain tissue transplanted animal as a model of sensory seizure.
