| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血清瘦素水平与2型糖尿病高发胆囊结石之间的关系。方法检测55例单纯胆囊结石患者，40例2型糖尿病合并胆囊结石患者及20例正常对照者的血清瘦素、胰岛素和血脂的含量。结果2型糖尿病合并胆囊结石组的血清瘦素、总胆固醇、甘油三酯和低密度脂蛋白的含量均显著高于对照组（P〈0．05），2型糖尿病合并胆囊结石组高于单纯胆囊结石组（P〈0．05）；而高密度脂蛋白在三者之问差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论瘦素参与调脂，血清瘦素水平与2型糖尿病患者高发胆囊结石关系密切。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the relationship between serum leptin level and type 2 diabetes patients complicated with gallstone. Methods Serum leptin,insulin and lipid were determined in 55 patients with gallstone, 40 patients with type 2 diabetes patients complicated with gallstone and 20 healthy controls.Results In type 2 diabetes patients complicated with gallstone and patients with gallstone,the blood leptin,total cholesterol,triglycerides and low density lipoprotein were significantly higher than that of control group （P 〈 0.05） , type 2 diabetes patients complicated with gallstone were higher than patients with gallstone （P 〈 0.05） . The high density lipoproteins amongst the three groups had no significant difference （P 〉 0.05） .Conclusion Leptin participates in modulating lipid metabolism,and may play a role in the occurrence of gallstone in type 2 diabetes patients. |
