| 摘 要： | 目的：观察湿润烧伤膏（MEBO）对豚鼠免疫功能的影响。方法：用MTT比色法检测了MEBO对豚鼠血清白细胞介素－1含量及吞噬功能和血清溶菌酶功能的影响。结果：以上免疫学指标均有明显增强作用。与对照组相比，IL－1有显性差异（P＜0．05），其余两项有非常显性差异（P＜0．01）。结论：MEBO有明显提高豚鼠血清IL－1的含量和吞噬细胞吞噬功能及溶菌酶的非特异性免疫功能的作用。以上研究为MEBO的临床应用丰富了理论依据。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the effect of MEBO on the immunologic function of guinea pigs. Method: The Effect of MEBO on serum interlukin-1(IL-1) level, and the function of phagocytes and lysozyme. Results: As compared with the control group, IL-1 level raised significantly (P<0.05), the other 2 indexes raised very significantly (P<0.01). Conclusion: MEBO strongly promoted the serum level of IL-1 and the function of phagocytes and lysozyme. |
