| 摘 要： | 目的 为了提高临床带教水平，培养优秀的护理人才，提高护理队伍的整体素质。方法 分析新形势下影响护生实习的原因，积极采取对策。结果 在临床工作中影响护生实习的原因有护生、带教老师和管理三方面因素。结论 帮助学生尽快适应实习生活，使护生在临床实习中能灵活运用所学理论指导实践，针对问题提出对策并积极改进，这样才能保证护生顺利完成实习任务。提高实习质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To improve education for nurse students in case of facing patients, educate the excellent nursing talented persons,increase the whole quality of the nursing ranks.Method Analyze the reasons influenceing nurse students practice,to take measmn~ positively. Results There are three aspects, that is nurse students, teachers and management which will affect nurse students practice.Conclusion To help nurse students adapting to practice ,enable them using theory to their work, take out counter measures to problems. In this way, nurse students can finish their practice task successfully and improve their practice quality. |
