经胃镜微波治疗上消化道出血疗效观察

目的　探讨胃镜下微波治疗活动性上消化道出血的疗效。方法　随机将70 例活动性上消化道出血病例分为2组,对比观察胃镜下微波治疗止血与传统治疗的效果。结果　治疗组的治疗显效率高于对照组,近期急诊手术率、死亡率均低于对照组,住院时间缩短。结论　胃镜下微波治疗是一种安全、有效的治疗活动性上消化道出血的方法。

Gastroendoscopic microwave in treatment of active upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage

Objective To evaluate the effects of gastroendascopic microwave in treatment of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage.Methods The patients with active bleeding from upper gastrointestinal tract were randomly divided into two groups.The effects of gastroendoscopic miorowave therapy and traditional medications were comparatively evaluated.Results The therapeutic effects in the treatment group was much better than those in the control group.Emergency operation rate and mortality rate in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group.Average hospital stay in the treatment group was shorter than in the control group.Conclusion Gastroendoscopic microwave therapy is consider as highly effective,safe method in treatment of active upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage.
