| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨中西药结合治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法:将100例慢性盆腔炎患者随机分为中西医结合治疗组50例和单纯西药治疗对照组50例,对照组根据病人的病情轻重程度给予西药甲硝唑、左氧氟沙星口服或静点,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加服中药盆腔炎汤,两组各10天为1个疗程。结果:治疗组总有效率96.0%,对照组总有效率68.0%,两组疗效治疗组明显优于对照组,差别有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗对慢性盆腔炎有很好的临床疗效,值得临床推广。
