超早期脑梗死静脉溶栓对凝血指标影响的研究

目的：研究超早期脑梗死静脉溶栓治疗的凝血指标的变化。结合临床，观察中小剂量天普洛欣（UK）静脉溶栓的安全性，可行性。方法：测定12例溶栓患治疗的不同时间TT，PT，APTT，FIB,观察其动态变化。结果：TT，PT，APTT于溶栓后延长，而FIB于溶栓前后无显差异。结论：中小剂量UK溶栓后，纤维功能增强，血液处于低凝状态。天普洛欣特异性较高，对FIB影响较小。病人于溶栓后未发生出血现象，说明此方法比较安全。

The change of blood coagulation indexes during thrombolysis of acute cerebral infarction

Objective:To study the change of blood coagulation indexes during thrombolytic treatment with mid mini dose at the early stage of acute cerebral infarction,and security of vein thrombolysis Methods:Thrombin time,prothrombin time,activated partial thrombopilastin time and fibrinogen at different time of thrombolysis were determinated and their dynamic changes as well as the relationship between the changes and clinical phenomenon were observed Results:Thrombin time,prothrombin time and activated partial thrombopilastin time were elongated after thrombolysis.The results indicate that the function of fibrinolysis enhanced and that the state of blood coagulation was low.Firbrinogen had no significant difference Conclusion:Although the blood coagulation indexes changed,the patients had no hemorrhage,indicating the safety of this therapy
