| 摘 要： | 为了控制银芪活力口服液（由黄芪、鸡血藤、淫羊藿、银耳组成）的质量，对方中的黄芪、鸡血藤、淫羊藿进行ＴＬＧ定性鉴别，并通过薄层色谱扫描法测定君药黄芪的主要有效成分黄芪的主要有效成分黄芪甲甙含量。上法经稳定性试验证明：在２ｈ以内测定结果较稳定但在２．５ｈ以生，峰面积逐步减少。

| Abstract: | To control the quality of this oral liquid (composed of Radix Astragali seu Hedysari, Caulis Spatholobi, Herba Fpimedii and Tremella), the first three components of the recipe were given TLC qualitative discrimination and the content of the chief active principle,Methyl Glucoside Astragali was measured by TLC scanning. Stability test has proved that the result remained stable within 2 hours but the peak area gradually decreased after 2. 5 hours. |
