富锗灵芝的临床与实验研究

为探讨富锗灵芝的抗衰老作用，取普通灵芝用雄性ＩＣＲ小鼠８０只作对照实验。两种灵芝均能明显增加小鼠体重，延长游泳时间和增强小鼠记忆力，但二者之间无显著差异。临床用于老年虚证患者４８例，试验组服富锗灵芝胶囊，３０例，对照组服普通灵芝胶囊，１８例。结果试验组有效率达９６．７％，并在改善乏力、心悸、腰酸等方面均明显优于普通灵芝组，ＣＤ３、ＣＤ４、自然杀伤细胞（ＮＫ细胞）、超氧化物歧化酶（ＳＯＤ－１）亦明显

Clinical and Experimental Study on the Effect of Ge - Rich Gaboderma Lucidum

To study the anti - senility action of the De - rich Gaberma Lucidum, 80 male ICR mice and common Gaboderma Lucidum were used for control test. Both can greatly increase their weight, lengthen the swimming time and improve memory, and there's none significant difference between the two. When 48 senile patients with deficiency syndrome were treated clinically, it indicated that the test group (30 patients) had an effective rate of 96. 7% and was superior to the control group (18 patients) in terms of the improvement of acratia, cardio palmus and waist soreness. It also contributes to a significant rise in CD3, CD4, NK cells and SOD - 1 and fall in ET - 1. This implies that it has a good anti - senility action.
