张锡纯治疗类中风学术思想探讨

张锡纯认为为肝阳化风,气血并逆,直冲犯脑是类中风的发病主因。类中风有脑充血和脑贫血的不同,治疗上应坚守“衬则泻之,虚则补之”的原则。脑充血者治疗上重用牛膝引脑中血下行,佐以清肝、降胃、镇肝之品;脑贫血者治疗上重用黄芪以补气,当归以补血,使人体气血归于平和。
