| 摘 要： | 对氯苯乙腈与1，3-二溴丙烷反应得到1－对氯苯基环丁腈，然后经格式反应后直接还原，再经N，N－二甲基化即可得西布曲明游离碱，成盐后即得盐酸西布曲明，总收率为51.9％。

| Abstract: | Chlorophenylacetonitrile reacted with 1,3 dibromopropane giving 1 (4 chlorophenyl) cyclobutanecarbonitrile, which underwent tandem Grignard reduction and N,N dimethylation giving the free base of sibutramine followed by salt formation to afford sibutramine hydrochloride in 51.9% overall yield. |
