| 摘 要： | （１）目的 探讨人宫颈癌Ｐ５３基因突变与临床病理特征的关系。（２）方法 采用聚合酶链反应（ＰＣＲ）和限制性酶切片断长度多态性分析（ＲＦＬＰ）技术，检测３４例宫颈癌第６，７外显子的突变。（３）结果 检出突变６例，突变与临床分期，病理学分级有关，而与年龄、组织学类型无关。（４）结论 Ｐ５３基因突变是宫颈癌发生的原因之一。

| Abstract: | Objective To detect P53 gene mutations in human cervical carcinoma and to study the relationship between P53 mutation and clinical pathologic features.\ Methods\ Mutations of exons 6 and 7 of P53 gene were detected by PCR RFLP method in 34 cases of cervical carcinoma.\ Results\ Mutations of P53 gene were found in 6 cases (17.64%).P53 gene mutations were irrelevant to the age and histological types ,but were associated with FIGO stage and pathological grade of cervical carcinoma.\ Conclusion\ Mutations of P53 gene may play an important role in progression of cervical carcinoma and may serve as a marker to predict the prognosis. |
