Abstract: | Fibromuscular dysplasia (FMD) usually involves the renal arteries and is an important cause of secondary hypertension in younger women. We report an unusual case of FMD in a middle‐aged woman, not only involving both the renal and iliac arteries but also presenting in a pattern more typical of atherosclerosis. © 2009 Wiley‐Liss, Inc. |
