| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨非酒精性脂肪肝与肥胖、胰岛素抵抗之间的关系。方法:采用对照研究,对Ⅱ型糖尿病伴有脂肪肝(DF)组59例和Ⅱ型糖尿病不伴有脂肪肝(NDF)组43例患者,测定身高、体重、腰围(WI)、臀围,检测血糖、血脂和胰岛素,计算体重指数(BMI)、腰臀比(WHR)及胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR),进行统计学分析。结果:DF组的BMI、WI、WHR、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)水平和HOMA-IR均明显高于NDF组(P<0.05)。结论:非酒精性脂肪肝的发生与肥胖、胰岛素抵抗密切相关。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the relationship between nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD),obesity and insulin resistance.Method High,weight,waist circumference(WI),hip circumference(HI),serum lipid,fasting and2-hour postprandial blood glucose and insulin were detected in59patients with typeⅡdiabetes accompanying fatty liver(DF),43patients with typeⅡdiabetes without fatty liver(NDF).Body mass index(BMI),waist-hip ratio(WHR)and insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR)were calculated.Data were statistically analyzed.Results The results showed that BMI,WI,WHR,TC,TG,fasting insulin(FINS)and HOMA-IR were signifi-cantly elevated in the subjects of DF,compared with those of NDF (P<0.05).Conclusion NAFLD were intimately associated with obesity and insulin resistance. |
