电吹风透热对睾丸精子发生和间质细胞影响的组织学及组织化学观察

摘    要:取成年兔12只,分为两组,每组六只,以热吹风器对每只兔的双侧睾丸进行透热,每次十五分钟,隔天一次,共三次。另一组的六只,不进行睾丸局部透热,作为对照。于加热后7天与17天杀死动物。取两组动物的睾丸作光镜与电镜观察。同时用组织化学方法观察琥珀酸脱氢酶、乳酸脱氢酶、3β羟固醇脱氢酶、6磷酸葡萄糖脱氢酶与脂类,以衡量间质细胞的功能状态。实验结果表明,睾丸生精过程受到严重干扰,尤以精子细胞与精母细胞最为敏感。间质细胞的形态结构与组织化学未发现有任何改变。本文还对电吹风透热法作为男性避孕或绝育方法的可能性进行了讨论。

Abstract:The testes of 6 adult male rabbits were heated locally with a hairdrier for three times(15 min.each),another 6 adult male rabbits being used as controls.7 and 17 days later,thestructures of the testes from both groups were investigated by means of the light and electronmicroscopes,as well as by histochemical methods:succinate dehydrogenase,lactate dehydro-genase,non-specific esterase,6-glucose-phosphate dehydrogenase,3-hydroxy-steroid dehy-drogenase and lipid.Severe impairment of spermatogenesis was noticed in the testes of the experimental group.The spermatid and spermatocyte are the most sensitive cell types.The structure andhistochemical reaction of Leydig cells seemed to be unchanged.The possibility of utilizinghairdrier-heating as a male contraceptive method was discussed.
