鼻前庭错位缝合术治疗萎缩性鼻炎的术式探讨

目的探讨在鼻内窥镜下采用鼻前庭错位缝合术治疗萎缩性鼻炎患者的临床疗效.方法选取12例萎缩性鼻炎患者,在鼻内窥镜下于给予双鼻腔常规表面麻醉3次后于鼻前庭皮肤黏膜交界处常规局部浸润麻醉（以右鼻为例）,于鼻腔皮肤黏膜交界处向前约0.2～0.3cm处C形切开皮肤全层,分别将鼻前庭内外侧已分离的皮肤对合,作间断错位缝合.保留鼻前庭直径约0.4～0.5cm或呈0.5cm×0.4cm的垂直间隙.结果治愈9例,有效3例,无效0例,有效率100%.结论鼻前庭错位缝合术是一种简便、安全有效、痛苦小、不易产生并发症、经济、患者易于接受的一种微创手术.

Techniques in Nasal Vestibule Misplaced Sutura for Atrophic Rhinitis

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of nasal vestibule misplaced sutura under nosal endoscope on patients with atrophic rhinitis.Methods 12 cases of atrophic rhinitis patients were given 3 times of topical nesthesia in nasal cavity under nosal endoscope,and given topical nesthesia at the junction of nasal vestibular skin and mucous membranes（in the right nose） ,then given cutting full-thickness skin in C-shape then sewing up interrupted suture dislocated skin.The nasal vestibule diameter was kept about 0.4 ～ 0.5 cm during operation.Results In our study,9 cases were cured and 3 cases were effective.The effective rate reached 100%.Conclusions The nasal vestibule misplaced suture is a simple,safe,low-expense and effective operation with less pain and complications.Patients can accepte it easily because it is a minimally invasive surgery.
