| 摘 要： | 目的 :了解小儿喂养的影响因素。方法 :分别对陕西省富平、澄城两县农村的围产保健质量和母亲喂养行为进行对比研究。结果 :经统计学检验 ,两县有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :围产保健质量与母亲喂养行为关系紧密 ,应重视农村社区围产保健工作 ,加强母乳喂养及辅食添加新知识的健康教育。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: to learn the fators influencing women's infant feeding behavior. Methods: We conducted a controlled study on relation between quality of perinatal health care and maternal feeding behavior in Fuping County and Cheng Cheng County, Shaanxi Province. Results: Statistically, there is significant difference between the two counties in perinatal health care quality ( P <0.05). Conclusion: Quality of perinatal health care is associated closely with maternal feeding behavior. Emphasis should be put on the perinatal health care in rural communities to strengthen the health education work, such as education of new knowledge about breast feeding and complement food adding. |
