| 摘 要： | 护理学专业思想教育是医学院校护理学专业学生入学后的必修课程.如何引导学生热爱护理学专业,稳定专业思想,增加专业认同感,培养职业意识,提高职业能力,树立终身为护理事业奋斗的职业理想,是高等医学院校思想政治工作的一项重要任务.本文在护理学专业思想教育中引入职业生涯规划,从护理学专业学生职业牛涯规划的概念出发,阐述了职业生涯规划对专业思想教育的意义,分析了高校学生职业生涯规划的现状,并结合护理学专业特点,提出了运用护理学专业学生职业生涯规划搞好专业思想教育的对策.

| Abstract: | Professional ideological education of the nursing college students is the required course for the freshmen in medical colleges.How to guide a student to love nursing special field heartily,to stabilize special field thought,to increase special field accepting feeling,to train occupational consciousness,to improve career ability and sets up the occupation ideal striving for nursing cause during one's life is one important mission of ideological and political work in medical colleges.This article analyzed the current situation in college students' occupational career plans.Based on the special characteristic,some manners to use the nursing college students' occupational career plans to enforce the special field ideological education have been suggested. |
