450例胃切除手术后并发症分析

目的：研究胃切除手术并发症的原因。方法：回顾本院1992年以来450例胃切除手术资料，分析并发症产生的原因。结果：胃切除手术后可发生多种并发症，包括吻合口出血（包括泽血）、吻合口水肿或胃动力障碍、切口裂开、溃疡出血、错吻、吻合口漏、吻合口溃疡等。结论：提出胃切除手术并发症的治疗和预防方法，有利于临床工作。

Complications after Gastrectomy: Clinical Analysis of 450 Cases

: To study the causes of complications after gastrectomy. Methods: The clinical data of 450 cases undergoing gastrectomy in by our hospital since 1992 were analyzed retrospectively and the causes of complications were studied. Results: The complications occurred after gastrectomy, including anastomotic hemorrhage, anastomotic edema or dysfunction of gastric dynamics,incision fissure, ulcer hemorrhage, error anastomosis, anastomotic leakage, anastomotic ulcer, and so on. Conclusion: It is important to manage and prevent complications after gastrectomy.
